When construction materials such as timber, impregnated wood, bricks, tiles, or concrete blocks are left over from Skanska construction sites, they can serve as training material for Tredu students.
Long history of cooperation
Skanska and Tredu have been cooperating for a long time. A new co-operation project promoting the circular economy has now been launched. Skanska will hand over surplus, unused materials of a value from its sites for use in teaching at Tredu. The material to be handed over can be, for example, timber, impregnated wood, tiles, bricks, and blocks.
Business partnership with Tredu
Tredu is constantly entering into new business partnerships designed to benefit both the educational institution and the business community. The partnership may include, for example, apprenticeships, on-the-job training periods, visits, on-the-job instructor training and assistance in recruitment. Staff development is one of the most effective ways to increase a company’s profitability.
