Apprenticeships are suitable for different stages of your career. Whether you are an experienced worker or just starting out, an apprenticeship gives you the flexibility to combine work and study. Develop your skills while working in your own job, either as an employee or as an entrepreneur. In addition, apprenticeships include study days at the school and/or online and independent study.
For the employer, apprenticeship is a practical and work-based way to develop staff skills.
If you want to study through an apprenticeship, contact the sector-specific apprenticeship expert Mikko Heikkinen before applying.
When the training is completed through an apprenticeship, the majority of studying and learning takes place at the student’s own workplace. In this case, the student agrees with their employer on starting apprenticeship training or independently finds a suitable workplace for the training. Read more about apprenticeship training.
